Hotel Staro Zdanje – Laser Scanning and Digital Documentation
A detailed laser scanning project of a historic hotel, focused on accurate documentation and future revitalization.
Hotel Staro Zdanje, built in 1843, is an important part of the architectural heritage of Aranđelovac.
In this project, we carried out a precise laser scanning survey of the historic building, using an RTC360 laser scanner in combination with an M350 drone equipped with an L2 sensor.
This approach enabled the accurate capture of architectural details, structural elements, and the surrounding environment. The collected data provides a reliable basis for understanding the current condition of the building and supports informed planning for future restoration and improvement works.
The resulting 3D data and visualizations allow for clear insight into the building’s structure, making it easier to analyze existing conditions and develop innovative strategies for conservation, renovation, and long-term maintenance.
