Preparation for the Reconstruction of a Commercial Building

For the needs of an architectural firm based in Belgrade, we carried out a complete digital documentation project of the existing commercial building Jugopapir.

The building, currently used as office space, is planned to be repurposed into a modern hotel.

To ensure a high-quality and efficient reconstruction process, the project focused on capturing the building’s current condition in detail. Our team was engaged to produce precise and reliable documentation that would serve as a foundation for design development, technical coordination, and future construction works.

The building consists of nine above-ground floors with a total area of approximately 2,700 m², including a basement level that houses technical and mechanical rooms. Accurate documentation of all levels and systems was essential to support informed architectural and engineering decisions.

• Laser scanning of the entire building
• Creation of an accurate 3D model of the existing condition
• Production of complete 2D technical documentation in DWG format
• Generation of a comprehensive PDF documentation set for the client and design team

The resulting digital documentation provides a reliable basis for the reconstruction process, enabling efficient planning, reduced risk during construction, and a smoother transition from the existing state to the new architectural concept.
